The captivating capiz and bronze Concentric Earrings are handcrafted by artisans working with our fair trade partner Saffy, Inc in the Philippines. Artisans wash and soak the thin capiz shells before cutting them into shape and edging them with wire in a labor‒intensive process. Before glass windows became available in the Philippines, capiz was used for windows in houses!
